1. Services

RSG Clean provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and facade/render cleaning in the Gloucester and Gloucestershire area.

2. Quotes

All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary if the scope of work differs from what was described at the time of quoting.

3. Booking & Cancellation

Once you confirm a booking, we will schedule the work at a mutually agreed date and time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and cash.

5. Insurance

We carry public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our work, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the matter.

6. Access & Safety

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and for informing us of any hazards. We reserve the right to decline work if we judge conditions to be unsafe.

7. Weather

Some services are weather-dependent. If we need to reschedule due to adverse weather, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date at no extra cost.

8. Liability

While we take every care, we cannot guarantee the removal of all staining, particularly deep-set or long-standing marks. We will always advise you honestly about expected results before starting work.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
